Grilled and peeled by hand, as it was the custom, they are matured in oil and seasoned.
Excellent as they are, as starter or side dish to barbecues or to perfect sandwiches and salads.
Ingredients: grilled peppers, sunflower oil, wine vinegar, salt, spices in variable proportion (oregano, garlic, parsley), acidity regulator: citric acid.
