Our story begins in 1999 in a small workshop where every morning a van full of jars of olives and vegetables expertly prepared, departed to the centers of our territory.
Over time, encouraged by the good results of our commitment, we have invested in resources and technologies that have allowed us to grow, enrich the offer with new products and versatile and start a large-scale production, while maintaining high quality.
That small workshop is today a technologically advanced company that still retains its artisan spirit, known and appreciated abroad, at the most important trade fairs such as Anuga, Sial, Tuttofood, Cibus and other international events which also participates in private label.
Thanks to our commitment, but above all to the quality of our productions, we are present in foreign markets with a distribution network covering the United States, Australia, Russia, Spain, Germany, United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands and Czech Republic.

IFS Standard (International Food Standard) aim is to foster the effective selection of food suppliers for the mass retail channel, according to their capacity to provide safe products conform to specific contractual and legal requirements.
Le Nostrane is regularly registered with the US institution Food and Drug Administration (FDA), which deals with the regulation of food products. This certification allows us to freely export our products to the USA.
