A traditional recipe from Calabria, a traditional way of enjoying aubergines.
Delicious slices of aubergines seasoned and aromatized with the best Mediterranean flavours.
Ideal as an antipasto, to give more flavor to main courses or as an ingredient of a tasty “vegetarian” pizza.
Ingredients: fillet aubergines, sunflower seed oil, vinegar, spices in varying proportions (chilli, garlic and oregano), salt, acidity regulator: citric acid.
