Typical Calabrian product recalling ancient memories of housewives crushing olives using a stone. The olives are seasoned with aromas and spices with a strong taste.
Ideal for aperitifs.
Ingredients: green olives, water, sunflower oil, salt, spices in varying proportions (sliced chilli, fennel seeds and oregano), acidity regulator: lactic acid.
