Pasta with pesto of almonds, pine nuts, basil and #iCiliegini Patè


  • #iCiliegini Patè 200g
  • Pecorino cheese 50 gr
  • Pine nuts 30 gr
  • Blanched almonds 20g
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Basil q.s.

Combine the pine nuts, almonds, basil, pecorino cheese, garlic and pate #iCiliegini Patè in a blender.

Blend until the mixture is quite grainy. Depending on the consistency, if necessary, add a little ‘of water to dilute your pesto.

Now you have just to cook your favorite type of pasta and season with Pesto.

If you like, to make it even spicier, you can add fresh chilli.
