SemiDry Tomatoes Wedges
The tomatoes are washed and cut into wedges. After being lightly salted, they are put into the oven for about 9 hours. Due to the low temperature and the short time they are in the oven, the product stays soft and bright red.
Excellent as an ingredient in pasta salads, to serve with mozzarella and as an ingredient in meat and fish dishes.
Ingredients: tomatoes, sunflower oil,spices in variable proportion (oregano, garlic), salt, acidity corrector: citric acid.
