Aubergines in oil
The most common product in the lands of the South and the typical food of the Calabrian cuisine. After careful selection, the aubergines are washed and cut into strips to be subjected to brine and, following specific procedures, are placed in jars to be stored in extra-virgin olive oil. Suitable for appetizers, happy hour.
Ingredients: aubergine fillets, sulflower oil, EVO oil, vinegar, salt, spices in variable proportion (chili peppers, garlic and oregano).
Acidity regulator: citric acid.
