Halkidiki Pitted Olives in Brine
A variety of olive grown in northern Greece. Olives with a pleasant flavour, they are seasoned with aromatic herbs, exalting their characteristics. Often used as an antipasto.
They are also excellent in buffet and aperitifs.
Ingredients: pitted green olives, water, salt.
Acidity regulator: lactic acid.
